Migraine Without Aura

Migraine without aura is a headache disorder characterised by attacks of usually one-sided (although sometimes it can be both sides), pulsating head pain of moderate to severe intensity. Migraine attacks typically last 4-72 hours and are associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, sound, odours, movement, and an array of other symptoms.
